I'm in support of this idea. I have, in the past, browsed a few of the galleries from beginning to end and discovered misplaced images/multiple copies of the same picture. Having the ability to correct those mistakes would be nice. Whatever you decide to do in the end, I'm ready and willing to lend a helping hand.

I myself tend to do more lurking but I am very grateful that updates are occurring

the most annoying being thrown to a cannot display page when im just at the
main gallery page heh

yea i know multiple copies of a same pics. we need a hand on that too.

The gallery is back up for the time being, status quo, most of the random errors should be fixed, things should be good as new (or close to it), and after working on it all night, I think I shall FINALLY get some sleep

now i know where that lipstick came from on ichis bottom i asked her about that.

i see the gallery is back off today was having all kinds of trouble with it last night but i know ichi and everyone is working so hard on it. it just takes patience at times like this and thats something i don't have much of so i applaud everyone working their tails off on it.

goooo DAT gallery....yaaaaaay!

Okay folks, I've sat down with alot of people over the past couple days, to get things hammered out, ironed out, worked out, whatever works for you. So here's where we stand. Anyone wishing to help sort out tens of thousands of new uploads, edit them, name them, and put them where they belong, is welcome to. We've created a special group for the people that want to, and they have the ability to edit and move the mass amounts of pics in the MASS UPLOAD area. These folks will NOT be able to edit things outside that category for the time being. If people are handy and do well with this, they'll be pulled on as actual gallery moderators, and have the ability to move any image, edit any image, and delete certain offending images. We're also still taking applications for the gallery mods (yes, there is an opening for a furry mod, but thats not for this post.)

You will come across every form of picture in the mass upload, which is why its under hentai and will stay there. Hentai, loli, furry, guro, shota, futa, real life images, cars, cosplay, and many others. But, you get to see them all before everyone else does. And to the people that do help, I will give a special treat (not just a nifty "Gallery Helper" forum title to go under their name, but a handful of points, as well as opportunities to download a large amount of images (rotated monthly), most of which are in the gallery already, but for those of you starting on your collections, it beats right click -> save as. These "perks" as well as other things (access to a gallery specific section for staff in the forums), and a vote on changes before we take them public.

Here's your chance to help change datorrents even more than it has, and to make it the best site for ALL your anime and hentai needs

(and jpop, dramas, doujins, manga, and more....)

If you are interested in joining up for this, just let me know. There's plenty of challenge, you'll learn more about anime and erogames and art than you probably want to, but it makes us all better people!
