Tagging with at least an anime

Goodday everyone,

I am posting this topic because I am getting frustrated about the tags.
Tags as in the name of the picture given in this gallery.

Can't there at least be an anime name in it? Anime name as in the anime where the picture comes from? Can't that be a MUST?

Because now I am running trought the shota gallery again and on the first page I see some images, I know the anime off, but because I am such a insecure person, I can't save it before I know 100% that it is that anime.

So, when the new gallery comes, if it comes. Can't there be a colom for those who upload there art with says the anime of it, that that is a thing people must fill in for sure to upload the stuff?

I think myself it would help extremely, double pictures will be deleted easier, the gallery can be split up in categories like Digimon, Pok?mon, or in other words the anime. And yeah it would be way more organized then it is now.

With colomn I mean just a bar (like on Hentai Foundry or so) where people can select there anime in. Because if you would let people write it themselves, they will still add pictures without know the anime.

And if people wanna upload there stuff, can't there be a special section on the forum, like this one, where people can ask which anime it is, then let it be controlled if it isn't there already and then be uploaded?

I know I complain a lot! But, I at least want 1 site to find where I know 100% sure that there is enough shota and other stuff that I place in the good maps on my pc. Is that just so hard to understand? No right.

You have to understand couple of things here.

What if we even do not know the origin of those pictures. Or maybe even the uploaders do not know the origin of those pictures.

Whatever you see in the shota section, they are mostly not in any animes. I can tell you that.

Also there are several words or terms they make people confused.
such as "colom" ; "trought"

Forum mods will have to decide that special section you mean. In my opinion, they will not make anything like that. because the certain sizes of the pic will kill the structure of the forum I believe. but they do accept any members to link the picture to the forum by uploading the picture in the gallery and copy the link and place it in the forum.

Complaints that are nicely done will have nice people like us to help out. so your complaint is in acceptable perimeter.

I have alway tag the pictures with lots of words that I can think of it when the tagging rules apply. But since we have low volunteering mods to do the job. We cannot really enforce all pictures to be tag. If perhap when we have more people to help us out. Then we will think about it.

We apologized how difficult for some members to find pictures when they have to go through 100 pages to find one single picture that they like. Unless everyone in here work 10 hours a day for this site. Then things will get better in no time. back in reality, we are in here because we are interest in anime and willingly to spend time for this site. So we just have to do whatever we can and use whatever we have.

Also for your last question, there are no 100% sure in my opinion. At least not this site, but in any case I wish in the nearest future that you can find your dream perfect site.

In actuality, it is required. Most people get around it by just putting in "random" etc to get around it. I'll actually be adding random to disallowed keywords, that way people are forced to be a little more responsible when uploading. IF however that still doesn't solve the issue, there's not alot we can do aside from start blocking uploads from users, in which case the gallery will just stop growing

Not really an option there ...

As for stuff like Foundry has, I am sure eventually we can get something similar to it taken care of, but keep in mind, that will be a big list, lol A really big list .... Double uploads, working on that too, split up categories are useless and redundant if things are tagged properly in the first place... A mass effort is underway to tag and move things where they belong so maybe you'd like to offer up your time, skills, and patience ... and give it a shot?

Would love to help you Tomorrow and always in the weekends I will have time to spend I do not know all animes, but I know a lot (animelist for what I know under the name Herdervriend). And yeah I love forums xD And organization is a obsession of mine

things have been working very slowly ever since we have many mods disappeared. Thats why alot of operations have to postponed or even on hold until almost forever. PLease bear with us.

Already done that. the hardest part is finding those active mods.
