Kidnapping and extortion as a whole new concept..
Sad but it's the current world.

My lesson for the day.
Don't trust bicycle repairmen unless you have a live recording of the contract. He is currentĺy holding my bike for ransom. Doubled the amount that I paid and contract was about.

There are alots of these things happen right now. things like this should dealt him very seriously.
Did you get a copy of that contract?
