Lucky Star virus

Anime Online is reporting a new virus that is spreading through peer to peer networks. Once run it opens an unmovable window featuring Kagami from the Lucky Star anime with a message that says, "wait a minute. You rascally otaku! should I silence your P2P?" it then rewrites all files in any shared folders turning them into copies of the virus.

That's a good virus...

I wonder if they tried to kill the service/process... Or they possibly couldn't access service/process list...

I dont use P2P networks like bittorrent for example.. and besides anti-virus would help but nothing gets in or out without my consent.. all my computers have the most paranoid firewalls

Viruses like this wouldn't be able to propagate over a torrent for very long, the torrent would quickly die once word spread. As for other P2P networks, thats why I don't use them, cause viruses are the problem.

and NXcmp, you say you don't use bittorrent, then why are you posting in a bittorrent community forum?
