I found a Perfect Picture that is great for My Character in a Story I'm writing, Called Star Wars Katar Prime.

Found a Picture Of Clone Commander Bly He Was in Charge of Aayla Secura's Troopers on Felucia and Killed her when Order 66 Was Given In Star Wars Revenge of the Sith.

What I would like with this picture is this:
The White Parts of the Armor Need To Be Black, While the Yellow Parts of the Armor need to be Dark Blue. I don't know photoshop well enough to do it on my own.

Well I'm not an expert at all.. but I saw this and was bored so I thought I'd give it a try.. not really sure how dark you wanted the dark blue.. but it's dark lol. Just a hue/saturation change and a simple paintbrush on 'multiply' with the opacity low.

The proper way to do it would be to overlay a colour or to use hue/saturation, multiply tends to kill the quality of the image.

I had tried overlay but it just didn't look right to me.. -shrug- Oh and I guess I forgot to add it, I did use the hue/saturation thing to turn the yellow to blue, but then the blue was too bright so I just darkened it with low opacity (I think) multiply.
