What media player do you use? - Page 3

VLC for avis, Zoomplayer for MKVs (zoomplayer can handle mkvs better than MPC) and MP4, OGM.
MPC for OGM and MP4 if I feel like it.

Now that Haali finally fixed the ZoomPlayer bug in his render (I prefer Haali's render over VMR9/Overlay) I have switched over to ZoomPlayer 5.0 from MPC as my primary media player for the most common video formats (avi, mkv, mp4, ogm). For other less common formats and DVDs I still use MPC. At the moment the only thing I use Winamp for is Shoutcast stuff.

Forgive my rudeness, but Windows Media Player blows.

I use Media Player Classic. http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...ckage_id=84358

For Audio, I use iTunes, only because its the fastest program to load music on my iPod, and my computer can handle its ram hungry ways.

BSPlayer for most videos and Making Screencaps
VLC Player for making Screencaps From DVDs
Windows Media Player for Music

That's pretty much it.

well, Itunes for my music, and the other players according to the file types extension xD"... (but I mostly have .avi.. -> winamp)

I use VLC for all my video needs. For music, I use Winamp because it's smaller and more customizable.

I'm surprised by all the peeps using Win. Med. Player...

I think it's SUPER clunky and obnoxious (well...actually the latest ZUNE type WMP isn't so bad I guess)....meh

lol that was my thoughts exactly! I was like, wmp? Really? I haven't used that since I learned about winamp.

Winamp makes me feel warm and cozy inside...I feel safe with it....and I'm always worried that WMP is spying on me or something, kinda freaks me out
