/msg NickServ SET HIDE

I'm trying to hide my user mask and email using this command but it doesn't work. I keep getting the details I'm attempting to hide from others when I'm using /whois and /info :|

Help would be appreciated.

do /msg hostserv request i.want.vhost
(replace i.want.vhost with whatever you want to mask your hostmask with, can be anything as long as it complies with http://vhost.deltaanime.net rules)
and whenever it is approved, you will get a memo, do /msg hostserv on
or /msg nickserv update
and it will be covered, and it will be applied everytime you log into nickserv

Also note that when you do /whois on yourself, the IP will show up but only for you to see. Whereas if you have a hostmask and I /whois you, I will only see the hostmask, no IP will be shown.
