I think you pretty much find everything on deviantart, from brushes to tutorials. But, for those in need;

I get all my brushes from DeviantArt.
(note the uber super awesome, way cool brushes made by Pinkcatt) *cough* >.>

Most of the brushes here are good and useful. They make great backrounds for siggies and walls. enjoy. ^_^

I find Tutorial Outpost and Spoono.com have some decent tutorials. However, DeviantArt is probably one of the best resources out there

well I should post this site.
free brushes, shapes, textures....

they give away a ton of stuff that any level of Photoshop user can use. Just download, and put them in their designated folder located in Presets of your Photoshop files.
Then go to Photoshop -> Edit -> Presets Manager and load them accordingly and they are ready to use!

i have went thru thsoe website ...and ... i can't find wat i was looking for....basically i want to noe how to create the carbon fibre effect >.>

i am doign this so i can create carbon fibre icons and theme for kde >.>

any help on how to do this in photoshop 7 cs would help
