Good program to use?

Hello, I was wondering what program I should use in order to make a video of a show's OP and ED. I have never done anything like this before so the easier the better. (I'm going to start with a RAW episode (AVI) of Darker Than Black).

What do you mean "OP and ED"?

Adobe Premier is really nice for making videos; probably my favorite in terms of ease-of-use and feature set. Sony's Vegas is simpler to use and still pretty good; I'd suggest that for starting out. Avid is just insanely hard to figure out, but it's got everything you'd ever need.

Window's Movie Maker doesn't support much but you could do simple things with it. Same with Nero's movie maker mini-program.
