| I love these threads, this is where I find a lot of great anime. Just the other day I (finally) watched Grave of the Fireflies. Yeah, it's almost 20 years old but I only learned about it a couple months ago in one of these threads. Wow, that was sad and tragic almost had a tear roll out of my eye but I barely managed to keep 'em in. Kimi ga Nozomu Eien is another I learned about in a "what made you most emotional" thread. Very sad. I probably had some tears for Ah! My Goddess (TV) somewhere in the first season. Even though it's an uplifting and, ultimately, very positive story it's also easy to get emotionally attached to all the characters. The movie also had some tearjerker moments I think. I've seen Air mentioned enough that I'm going to make that my next priority to see.
