Shana OVA is Shana OVA. Though its likely that Geneon is going to licence the movie. They've licenced everything Shana so far.

I've never seen the OVA, didn't even know there was a movie.

the OVA is about the Bath, where the entire class go to a hot spring as a school outdoor activity. you must watch the OVA, if you havent already.

for the movie, no one have ever make it yet, or at least not that i know of anyone have done it yet
