| Hello, Need Advice On Next Anime to Watch Hi, This is my first post. The two strongest animes i have viewed recently have been Welcome to the NHK! and Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien. If you have viewed these great series then you must know the feeling i am trying to describe. Similarities in the two series deals with Despression, Real world events, Strong female characters, Comedy, Drama ETC.. I am trying new genres out at the moment, before i was mostly into Gibli Studio movies, Cowboy bebop, Akira, Samurai Champloo ETC.. So if you have any suggestion for me based off of what i described please drop me a line! Thanks | |

| No Life ![]() | Hmm, I absolutley love things done by Gonzo. If you want strong female characters, try a series called Red Garden. The story is awesome, and you have 4 female leads. There is also an OVA coming out this year. Its not real world events in the main storyline, but depression and difficulties are dealt with by each of the characters in turn. H. |

| Thanks for the replies! Red Garden was tough to find but i managed, the rest have been added to my wanted list. The genre description for Welcome to the NHK! listed on Wikipedia is Comedy, Drama, Romance, Slice of life, Psychological. Pretty much what i am looking for in an anime at the moment. | |
