Record of Lodoss War, Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service, Spirited Away, howl's Moving castle, The Castle of Cagliostro, Laputa: Castle in the Sky, most anything by Miyazaki. Full Metal Alchemist, Ghost in the Shell, Vampire Hunter D, Battle Angel, and many more that I can't recall at the moment. !and how could I forget Plastic Little!!!!

Anime by Miyazaki would be at the top of the list, as I absolutely love his work.
