| No Life ![]() | If you like the black cat/FMA type of anime series (magic/kids fighting against the odds), then I would really recommend D.Gray Man. The story is brilliant so far, and there are a lot of episodes still to come. I've been getting the black order subs, and they are doing an excellent job so far. http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.p...anime&aid=4549 This and Death Note are my weekly series to catch up on. H. |

Posts: 122 | Berserk. I know it's already been mentioned, but I think it's a must-see. Berserk is in my top five anime of all time, if not my favorite of all time. The story takes itself seriously without a lot of immersion/"realism" breaking elements and the emotional story is potent. Samurai Champloo is great, especially if you like hip hop culture (real hip hop culture not MTV hip hop). It's directed by the same person who did Cowboy Bebop. If you're interested in a feel good lovestory I'd suggest Ah! My Goddess. I got the first season TV series a couple weeks ago and was hooked after watching it. Now I've got the 2nd season, Manga, movie, and I'm working on finding the OVA ![]() |
