Can anyone please tell me the name of this anime/manga/pc-game? I would really appreciate it too if you would post the torrent for it. The only clue I have on it now is that it is drawn by Carnelian.

Carnelian have not just a couple of artist illustrations. this author have many art books

beside this pic you provide maybe make by someone else for a wallpaper. there is no way we can tell you which art book series it came from

Hmm, it reminds me of the anime Rozen Maiden. Perhaps it is art made based on this anime? The girl looks a lot like a doll from Rozen Maiden, and they always travelled (and slept into) a briefcase.

Oh yeah, it DOES look like Rozen Maiden, but I think this girl is cuter, and are there any torrents for ANY artbooks made by Carnelian?

I'm not sure if it's what you seek, but I found a torrent on isohunt with 13.91 GB of artwork, one of them appears to be a Carnelian artbook:

Thanks, yeah some of them did contain arts of Carnelian, but it wasn't an art book, it was more like a doujin with a lot of japanese words and illustrations made by Carnelian. Nonetheless I appreciate the torrents, thank you.

just visit "Large Large Image" or use the search option to find Carnelian

then you should find alots of things
