Please Twins & Please Teacher in them same world?

I was waching Please Twins and i see Kei Kusanagi and Mizuho Kazami in the show i was like wat the ****! and get this Kei Kusanagi is a teacher in Please Twins to so i was just wondering Please Twins and Please Teacher are in them same world? o and there made form the same guy (Yasunori Ide)

yes it the same world you actually can mizhuo in onegai twins series and the guy but not much and well you often see the school president too XD, the difference is there is no alien human there as main character

Onegai Twins takes place after Onegai Teacher, so it is the same world
