From the site's shoutbox, some one said the series this is from is Tenjou Tenge. I started downloading it and have watched the first few episodes, and it doesn't seem like it's the right show. The fight scenes in Tenjou Tenge are similar to this, but there haven't been any guns so far, and the animation seems a little bit different.

If this isn't Tenjou Tenge, then what is it?

If it is Tenjou Tenge, then what episode is this scene in?

no thats not tenjou tenje XD not that i remember..........hmmm my mind is blurry atm form that anime and looks pretty decent i migth as well DL when i see name

After asking a few people, and checking, it is Tenjou Tenge. Ep 24, 1st 5-6 mins.

It definitely is Ten Ten. Its the part where the chinese guy takes over the yakuza style group. Those are his bodyguards. Its from the flashback.
