Eurka Seven review

i found a new anime the other day while watching some late night tv called Eurka seven i have no idea what the plot is but i do know it has several hot femal characters and mecha so im liking it for now any body know about it

A little bit, I've been following it since it aired on Adult Swim on Cartoon Network (I'm gonna guess here and say that's probably where you saw it too). I'm likeing it a lot so far. I think it's gonna be episode 8 this Sat. so it's still pretty early into the series. I definately plan on following it

I follow the american versions because I don't know Japanese(though I really want to learn), and I find when I watch a subed anime, I tend to miss certain aspects of scenes because I'm focusing on keeping up with what the characters are saying

Any why are you following the butched American version on TV? What are torrents for?

Right now, Nanashi is the fansub group subbing it. Someone stole the last 15 or so episodes' translation scripts from them, ripped it into raw episodes and released them with the title [Bizarro-Nanashi].

I find it hard to watch anything dubbed baddly and butchered on Cartoon Network, Eurkea 7 is no exeption, its like they go out of their way to get the worst possible voice actors. God I just hope Viz doesn't do such a bad job with Bleach, but I know they will, look I mean look at what they did to Naruto.

Haha, they made them extra squeaky on purpose to match those on typical American kids' cartoons.

Just gonna say that torrent is pointless cause they are almost ALL dead.

Only prob is that it is like 11 GB to download through a torrent.

AND my opinion on Eureka Seven.....
I love it! I don't see what is wrong with the dub...it isn't that bad.

I like the mecha & the story & the funny bits are just great for it.
It is the best damn anime on Adult Swim ATM.

I am waiting on the last few to be subbed, and really liked the story, characters, art, etc. Came out well on so many levels.
