What happens to Nemdiggers fansub?

To those people who watch anime episodes regularly, then you should comes across this fansub. Recently like only couple of days ago, the main site is not really shut down but there is a youtube video in there about a silly flying lawn mower with some silly music in the background. Also there is a quote under the video it said "See this if you cry every time"

Does anyone know what is really going on?

If you look at the comments from Nemdiggers on the youtube video he put on the site, it says:
"I appologize for making such a sudden halt in encoding, but with work and everything coming up I barely have time for myself. I will update the site soon."
