Trying to find title of old anime

Hi guys and girls. Trying to find an older anime from when i was in school. I don't remember the name but it took place in the desert. Their where big ships that sailed through and i think also under the sand. sorry i don't have any more details but if any one has any names that it could be i would appreciate the help.

I dl Green legend ran havent watched it yet because of work but the quality of the animation dosnt seem correct. But ill give a for sure answer once i watch it this weekend thanks for the help if u get any more thoughts on what anime it could be let me know ty
