Anyone else here visit this site? If not, I'll explain it to you!

Basically, it's a catelog of patterns in fiction, or tropes. Like, "You know how in Death Note, they act like eating chips is awesome, but it's really not?" Lots of other series do that too, so the make a page listing all the series that have given mundane activities far more gravitas than is logical. And so on, and so forth, through aliens invading down to anime characters with eyebrows visible through their bangs.

And despite the name, it's not just about TV, it lists instances of tropes in lots of other media, like movies, music, and even real life!

So, why don't you people come down and spend the next twelve hours fascinatedly clicking through the pages? Well, 'cuz this thing could drastically alter your perception of fiction and your vocabulary, but hey! You're already downloading tons of hentai, so how much farther could you fall?
