As I Lay Dying, SlipKnot, Children of Bodom, Cannibal Corpse, Dragon Force, In Flames, Lamb of God, Black Sabbath, Shadows Fall, Mastodon, System of a Down, Cradle of Filth, Lacuna Coil, Words Our Weapons, Arch Enemy, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Amon Amarth, Dark Funeral, Dir en Grey, and The Autumn Offering.

On another note you guys should check out Dream Evil..it's epic speed metal, hehe I love them. Look at the songs 'book of heavy metal' and 'into the moonlight'

Another good band is Manowar, hillarious!! so look into them too!!

I listened to this Dream Evil some and they sound pretty cool. I think I will get their cds off some torrents now!

I love Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath, one cause no can or will write songs like them... I dont think any modern bands can write like them even if they tried
