Newbie here =) Queries...

Hi everyone,

Newbie here, I was linked to this site/forum from over at Hongfire about a certain game Sour Circle (it's a Tifa one, didn't really hit my expectations anyway) but since this is exactly the site I've been looking for (in regards to hentai games) I thought I'd sign up, since new computers usually mean re-downloading any hentai game I liked anyway!

I have a query though, I haven't used torrents for ages, the last H-game torrent I bothered with was some of the old Jast Games (3 sister, SOS, May club, True Love) sort of thing. Since I've signed up and I'm new I thought I'd make an effort to abide by the rules here, so my query is;

What exactly is a leecher and how to avoid being one?

Like I said I'm behind on torrents, not being much of a user. At the moment every torrent I've used from datorrents I've kept open over on my seeding section of Azureus this is the correct thing to do I presume in order to avoid leeching?

Anyway, hope to jump in to a few discussions sometime down the line, I'm not much of a talker though and my interest in Hentai and H-Games especially hasn't been fed for a long time so I'm well behind in the times in regards to those areas, although I'll chit-chat if it's about SOS or those older games ^_^

Hello, and welcome DaTorrents.

Technically a leecher is anyone downloading a torrent. The leechers we have a problem with are the ones who download significantly more than they upload. There is something called a share ratio which is uploaded/downloaded, users should go for at least a 1.00 ratio or to put it simply uploading as much as you download. You can accomplish this by just leaving your bittorrent client running after your download finishes. That said we are currently in the process of making transition, please see:

Aha, thanks very much.

Well I'll continue to seed whatever I download from here, although I have nothing of value to upload although I may have a torrent somewhere that has a compilation of 39 h-games that may be worth uploading to d-torrent if it hasn't been removed (this is from way back so I'm unsure if it'll be alive or dead yet.)

If it's still up I'll move it to this site since it's the best I can do really.
