In that case it's the one on Box stealing Khymer's torrents if it's of exact same material...chunlee is just posting the same torrent here that was on box.....
And even if changing folder names might be acceptable, changing the original filenames for the individual files themselves would do such a great unjustice fo all the groups that worked so hard for them...
It would be a different matter if they were improvements or batches of previously scattered materials(I myself made a batch of Sakura Wars OVAs because the OVA torrents out there were slowly dying... And it's a great series..though you might argue that I stole the material from the existing torrents..but should I have waited till they died, taking the files with them from the anime torrent arena forever?... )
Or if the torrent was corrupted or poisoned, you wouldn't want to use the same hash...

You're missing the entire point...if there's a WORKING torrent there's no point creating a new of the exact material.
Perhaps chunlee chose to upload the torrent from box here because it had a lot of peers and the one here did not or was already dead...
And, I say it again...it's the same torrent as on box..
meaning we on datorrents can have a part of that (anime?) as well...
meaning a lot more peers to the torrent in question...
meaning those peers leeching will be uploading as well at the same time(or are you really saying we on D-A are worse leechers than those on box?...)...
meaning the field comes a lot more diversified over the torrent(less chance of missing a unique piece..)...
meaning(with multiple trackers) less chance of the torrent meeting an untimely death(as trackers die, others rise..if a torrent for something we love, whether it be a cherished anime, a lovely song, or something else, can float on that surface of uncertainty, then we should be thankful...)...
And..how much of the material here(at least when it comes to anime) had not been somewhere else beforehand...

I don't have a ubermultiterahyperconnection either..far from it. But I can do other things to help^^. And I think the same goes for chunlee as well. And the above isn't so much a question about bandwidht..

A good description comes a long way^^.. If you only provide a few words or only a link it will just leave the casual browser confused..(not everyone is a diehard animeotaku 24/7 with a history of decades and detailed info of the entire anime encyclopedia instantly accessible in their heads, couped up night and day in front of their TV/pc screen..there are those that have a life too, you know...that lack of knowledge shouldn't deprive them the right to explore the world of anime as well. We have enjoyed it^^, haven't we..and we had a lot of help too getting introduced to this wonderful world..or have you forgotten?..)
We are a great community, as anime communities usually are, but this one especially^^..
we help each others because of our love for the art of anime..
we do what we can to introduce new people to this world we care about..
we don't judge people, or animes, just by the covers, or go about like a rhino in a porcelain shop..
we watch the animes before we place our vote for them, whether it be good or bad, and same can be said about as people here as well^^,.. or at least that's how it should be...
Ichigo, Delta, you're the administrators..if you're gonna punish chunlee for the viewpoints I've made then punish me too..
I understand chunlee's viewpoints. What she does is also for the love of anime..
I've recieved a lot of help from her, being a total newbie in this field of uploading and torrentmaking, she showed me how to..
And when I get the chance, I too want to help those in turn who don't know how^^..
Because I LOVE anime, and because I love this place for giving me the opportunity to take part of all that^^..
Perhaps this got a bit long_ _ ..but now I've said what I've wanted..
