Is this image found in a forum post or did you try to upload it to the gallery?

If it was supposed to be part of a forum post, then it might be a dead link or hotlinking isn't allowed

If it was for the gallery, it should've gone through (unless you got an error message or something) but it probably was moved to another section than what you put it in or it got deleted.
