I've been looking around a bit..
The only group that's subbed the three episodes of 'Genesis Survivor Gaiarth' seems to be Exiled-Destiny(E-D)(see AniDB.net for more info).
The files are .mkv, but not sure if they're Dual Audio.
Exiled-Destiny doesn't support torrents, but if you're lucky, you might find it on their bot list(it wasn't there when I checked, but most likely will find its way there at some point).
The last update was 20.05.2007 so it's a bit natural it's not on a torrent yet.
So if anyone feels the urge to create a torrent of these three files...
As for 'Detonator Orgun', you're lucky^^, there's a torrent for it on Datorrents;

If the torrent doesn't seem to have seed(s)(the link above only provides the datorrents tracker for the torrent), you might also want to add these trackers manually to the torrent;
