With Vanguard I assume you mean Vandread 1 & 2 Stage? The two OVA:s are only recap episodes of those two, and the torrents I've looked at that have those doesn't appear to have complete seeds.
However, if you're content with 1 & 2 Stage;

I found it on Mininova. Otherwise, simply use the hash value to do a google search..

Perhaps this is the wrong anime. But I couldn't find an anime called Vanguard..
