Rather Live Long and Die Horribly and Painfully

I'll ask this question again since When I originally asked it I was editing it and didn't post in time before someone answered it.....

Would you Rather Be the Trump Card Mecha Pilot for a Team that wins all the time yet the other pilots fight over you? [They're all Cute Sexy Girls and they all LOVE you....]
OR
Leave that Team and see how well they do without you since they let you take care of all their opponents and retire and only come back when they beg you and want to give you more money?
