| A lot of people use "maketorrent" to actually create the torrent file, easily found with google.
I would not recommend bitcomet, as many torrent sites now ban it and it has recently been banned from azureus as it is so easily hacked and stats can be played with. It, in my opinion, is not as good as utorrent.
