Learn anatomy really really well, learn to draw wanted part of anatomy really well seperate from photoshop...THEN you'll have a good understanding of what you're doing in photoshop....
take it from a guy such as myself who's done a LOT of decensoring...I freehand it
.... your favorite tools are gonna be clone, pencil/brush, smudge, burn, and color dodge....you can do EVERYTHING with those tools
