| I wanted the white box that houses the content to be semi transparent so that the background shows through, I also wanted the drop shadow fro both the Title images, and the content box itself, and since the only format that would support that kind of high quality alpha transparency is PNG files, which isn't widely supported by browsers, I stuck with what I have.
