Well I tracked it down but it seems like it was deleted for some reason (probably for being inactive/no seeder for a prolonged period of time). The user who uploaded it is
Osslave so you could try to PM him on the tracker and see if he will re-upload and seed that torrent.
As for tracking a torrent that is no longer on the tracker that is just something Delta has never gotten around to fixing.
