If I was to choose either of those to play (pretending I have tried neither), it would be definitly A due to the characters in B having breasts that are oversized which is a big turn-off for me.
You only care about the character art which isn't really the design at all, its better to judge a character by their personality.
Those games that you posted are much more inferior to other mentioned before in terms of storyline AND character design. Only the artwork would be better since they ARE newer. I personally think the artwork for the games you mentioned arn't that good anyways.
