You're strongly encourage to give back what you take, but at this point there isn't any banning taking place on the tracker. Also you don't need to login every time you download since stats are no longer tracked. That's not to say you should never login, if a torrent supervisor needs to get a hold of you about something on the tracker the message will most likely be sent to your tracker account via PM. Also accounts that haven't been logged into in 3 months are considered inactive and subject to deletion.
