| Yeah, Neutralized hit the nail on the head. Yukito wanted to keep save her and make her happy, like Ryuuya and Kanna, but Yukito knew that the more he and Misuzu fell in love, the more she would suffer.
But, yeah, it kind of feels like we aren't getting the full story. The only thing that I can guess is that they omitted some of the story when bringing it over from the game.
But, at least this series wasn't as confusing as Melody of Oblivion. Urgh... that series fries my brain trying to understand everything in it.
