| Unless you've already watched it, I'd recommend Keroro Gunso. I haven't really watched any full episodes, but it's a pretty fun show to watch, but a little kiddy compared to the manga version, appearently.
...well, you liked Evangelion, so if you want to see more robots I'd recommend Mazinkaiser or any version of Getter Robo... or maybe not, since they don't have the same drama-esque touch to it with the psychological and religious moments.
...I could mention Gravitation as well if you like that kind of stuff. I didn't really like the anime since it was a little too kiddy and rushed with only 13 episodes, so it's inferior to the manga in every way. But still pretty fun, I guess.
That's all of my suggestions for now. I don't really know what kind of stuff people like to see nowdays, being the old fashioned otaku I am.
