So since you guys don't keep track of the ratios, how do you make sure people are seeding their share of files? because right now i've been waiting for the download of ONE episode (around 250 MB) of chrno crusade for a couple days (3-4), and it is only still around 40 % done
my download speed is only 2kb/s average.
