Be happy to help you on this one, Jinnai =>

Do you watch Anime (Japanese Animation)? Yes / No
> Yes

If yes:

- how often?
>one or two episodes of something a week.

- what genres?
> mostly fantasy style, such as Magic Knight Rayearth or Star Ocean EX.

- what series?
> Rayearth, Star Ocean EX, Cardcaptor Sakura, Ruin Explorers, and Evangelion.

- how long?
> for about ten years, now; started somewhere back in middle school

Do you watch fansubs or fandubs (if yes, which)?
> Far as I can remember, no.

If you have watched/or still watch anime, how did you first learn about it?
> I think it was through a commercial about Sailor Moon that came on from time to time back when I was eight or nine. I was thinking at the time about how that style of animation seemed so much better - not to mention different - than the typical American/Disney style of animation.

Do you prefer subtitled or dubbed anime?
> Dubbed.

Do you prefer more literal translations or culturally acceptable translations?
> Literal.

Do you read manga? Yes / No
> Yes.

If yes:

- how often?
> Quite rarely so far, but it is becoming more and more of a habit.

- what genres?
> No particular genre.

- what series?
> So far, only Chobits, Magic Knight Rayearth, and Pilot Candidate.

- how long?
> Only for about three years.

If you have read/still read anime, how did you first learn about it?
> A few years ago when the presence of manga books began to seem more and more common in bookstores.

If you watch anime and read manga, which do you prefer and why?
> Probably reading manga, now, if for no other reason than the style of animation in manga books just seems to be a bit higher in quality (from my personal viewpoint) than most anime on TV.

Do you fan translation of manga?
> No.

Do you use p2p programs? ifso, which?
> Bittorrent.

Do you download via IRC?
> No.

Do you download via specific direct download sites (ifso which)?
> I know I have a few times in the past, but I cannot remember which ones.

If you download via any of these, do you download anything other than anime?
> Yes. Mostly music, but a few games, as well.

If so, what percentage would say is anime?
> 30 to 40%.

Do you download anime licensed in your country?
> Generally, yes, unless it is fairly cheap to purchase, instead.

Do you buy licensed anime? If you answered yes to the previous question, does this make you less likely or more likely to buy licensed anime?
> Yes. And more likely.

Do you buy any anime related product other than episodes/movies? If so, what?
> I have bought a few wallscrolls in the past, but as far as I remember that is all.

.... Good luck on your paper. Hope I have been able to help you in better writing it.
