Found a torrent to the PC version of Hourglass of the summer, Natsuiro no Sunadokei(夏色の砂時計) in Japanese since this version was never translated as far as I know. Hower the last seeder dissappeared when me and the rest was at 83% and I would very much download this game.
So if anyone out there got the PC version, could you please reseed this torrent I posted at the end of this post.
