 Torrent Question
First time I have uploaded a torrent and I am curious what does this mean? I assume it has something to do with torrents since this is the first time I have created and uploaded one and the first time I have seen them references.

I understand the Visible but what about the Banned? What does that mean? I couldn't find any reference to that in the FAQ. |
