I thought that was just China that was making all the fuss over those... but, even then, emotions have cooled since the new PM took office.

And, with the Nuke testing, I seriously doubt there will be war. There hasn't been a war with a nuclear power since WWII. Even if there should be war, I doubt Japan would be the first hit. It would probably be the United States and South Korea.
