Which seems to be the best of both worlds to some extent. My big fear is we lose any sense of community by going totally public. I like being at 4chan and seeing a manga listed as on the Datorrents tracker. I know that I help just a little bit to make sure it's got a tracker to be on. That is the benefit of a public tracker,
I am so opposed to the leechfest attitudes out there, just because you can torrent get the file and leave with out seeding crap doesn't make it right but lots of folks think it is. Without ratio enforcemet I don't see how you get people to stay and seed without over all ratios.
