Thank you for starting this Vinny! I only just got back today, and I've hardly seen any anime recently....

But for this month, I will go back to last months recommendation (Mai Hime), and go against the fact I said I didn't like Mai Otome. It actually rocks, and the character development is as good as the first! I can't wait for the OVA to come out!!

The storyline does seem a little jumpy, and I didn't like the use of the characters at first, but by the end I was in love with both. There is romance, a little ecchiness and a lot of funny parts. The OST is as good, if not better than Mai Hime.

I would give this series 8/10.
