| Have you taken a look at internet plans in other places? I'm on what can be considered a 1500/256, so I'd download at 6 times faster than my upload. My friend is on 12000/1024, so thats 12 times.
Almost everybody has a faster download than upload. You can spend more time uploading, or manage what you want to download, but it doesn't give you an excuse to have a 0.1 ratio.
