| The tracker stats only upload itself after you stop the torrent.
As for the restarting utorrent and the numbers disappeared, the tracker record the stats from the time you start the torrent, so the number on THAT torrent restarts itself. It doesn't say the amount that you uploaded last time (but that amount should be recorded to your tracker stat already). |
