Wow, everyone is going stupid over this. You know it has nothing to do with loli. If you guys even bothered to read the actual law and the amendments you will see that the law quoted on this site has been in effect/hasn't changed since January 3rd of 2005. The law cited on HentaiID is 2257 which is just a record keeping amendment to Title 18 about having producers of pornography to keep a record of DOB's and such information about their performers. Lolikon is still legal as i see it.
