The tracker and your user account are all fine. The problem you have though is with the overall speed of the torrent most likely. A torrent with a 170 or so leecher to seed ratio is not in favour of being able to connect to a seeder. I have 150 connections as a seeder there, and if you aren't one of them, well tough luck... I won't open up any more connections for this since it isn't needed.

Anyhow, the first leechers ought to get done in 2h or so and then speed will probably pick up overall and for you as well. If it doesn't then there is something strange...
