Just glancing at the properties for that torrent thread, I see a long SJIS-kanji RAR filename. The only thing that immediately occurs to me is that you may not have the japanese regional and non-unicode settings set correctly, if you are using Win 2K/XP. If you do, try simply renaming the file to (something).RAR, and try opening it thereafter with WinRAR to extract the image file contained within.
