twist86 idea, u can ban 24 hour on peer that
almost finish download around 90% something...
or just seeding another torrent...
but anyway please keep your ratio good..
to avoid ip banning

Well, you can disable DHT , peer exchange, so most of your uploaded will be using the tracker..
If there is more than one tracker, u can delete other tracker.. use this
