Sorry, yes I forgot to mention that they are both Individual Accounts but the "Enable Cookies" Problem could also mean that you have already registered and that you just need to Select "Recover" under the Login, enter your email address and check to see if your Registration is truely completed. It will email you your Username and a Temporary Password that you will need to change once you have logged in. If this does not work for you, then I don't know how else to help but that is what solved my problem because I know it wasn't an "Enable Cookies" Problem as I used 3 different Internet Browsers (Safari for PC, Internet Explorer & Mozilla FireFox) to see if this was truely a Cookies Problem.
